We will setup on yours or one of the many choices in the marketplace and handle all registration for you.
You don’t have a Webmaster on site, nor a budget for one. We can handle all your updates or train one your employees to do them.

How do I obtain a Domain Name?

The first and foremost thing is to decide on what it will be and then see if it is available. G3WD will do this for you and fill out all applications. There is a minimum of 2 years registration fees for new, first time setup payable to the registrar. After this it may be paid yearly. There are also setup fees involved the cost is fairly minimal and your responsibility. We will furnish you the amount on our quote. Or you may choose one of our all inclusive packages.

My Site is up Now What?

The basics are all there but changes need to be made to reflect current business trends. Thru past experience we have found that Microsoft FrontPage is about the easiest way for most companies to keep their sites updated. It comes packaged with MS Office so is easily available and compatible with other Office products. At completion of your site we will give you a copy of your site on CD, which will be setup on FrontPage. You may also use the files on any other Web Design program if you are more familiar with it. If you need to train someone for this task we also offer this service. Or you may opt for our maintenance program in which you will be billed an hourly or monthly rate for changes made. Please use care when making changes it is easy to delete a complete site.

How do I get traffic to my site?

First you may start including your domain name on all advertising, sales literature and business cards. You may also choose to pay for search engine submission services and banner ads. Which we will setup for you, so that everything is in place and ready for your Internet success. Please note that many search engines have an extremely large backlog of sites to list, due to the large number of sites coming online daily. There is no way to predict how soon they will be listed. That is why it is very important to get the word out thru other venues.

My Site is down what should I do?

First you need to determine why? 
 Is part of the Internet down?   Did a Hosting server blow?
 In these cases you need to do nothing the problem will resolve itself.

You or one of your agents was making changes to the site and caused the problem. Try uploading it again from your hard drive. Or use the CD we gave you as a last resort, please remember it will not reflect any changes made since the webs creation. Still can’t get it to work? Call us we will keep a copy of that CD on file and will redo the original site for a fee.
